The Double Down finally arrives in Canada, but only for a 'limited time' offer until November 13, unless it sells well. I skipped KFC's Toonie Tuesday today and decided to tackle their Double Down sandwich. The chicken was surprisingly not very dry, good size and enough to fill my empty stomach over lunch. Here is a snap shot of my Double Down: 

Here are some interesting facts if you don't know already: 

Calories = 540

Fat = 30 g

Sodium = 1740 mg

I would say, you need to try the Double Down once if you haven't already. Then decide whether to buy one again. It isn't cheap. For just the sandwich it is $6.99 CAD and $8.99 CAD for the combo (fries and drink). It is a sandwich I personally would eat again, but probably not in the next two weeks.
